Hatch collects and stores the data you explicitly provide: your account information (name and email address), the planning content you create (including tasks, notes, projects, settings, and attachments), and configuration for optional features you enable.
Your data is used solely to operate the Hatch service — authenticating you, storing your planning data, and delivering reminders and email notifications you've opted into.
Your data is stored on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit. You can export your data through account settings. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
We do not sell your data. We use service providers where necessary to operate Hatch, including hosting and email delivery. When you invoke an optional AI action, the content needed for that request is sent to the AI provider you configured.
AI features run only when you invoke them. Provider API keys are stored encrypted server-side and are not returned after you save them. Review the privacy terms of the AI provider you choose.
You can export or update your data through account settings. Contact us at the address below to request deletion of your account and associated data.
