You retain full ownership of the content you create in Hatch. We claim no intellectual property rights over your tasks, notes, or projects.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Engine Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hatch.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
